Free VPS Server Hosting without credit card

Not sure if anyone knows about this offer, but thought I would post it here... Basically you can get a free VPS "forever" if you have a site (or multiple sites) that has a PR greater than or equal to 2. You just place the required backlinks on your site's home page, then send a ticket via the site - with details about your site and where on the page the links were placed.

As for the type of O.S the VPS will have, I'm not sure. I would prefer Windows, but I could use Debian or Ubuntu to host one of my sites (I'm getting annoyed at the issues with my current provider).

Also, I still have yet to receive a response from the people offering the VPS - I just applied for the offer 12 hours ago, so you may need to be patient...
