Are there still any free VPNs out there? Windscribe isn't free anymore and Proton isn't also.. Any suggestions?

No such thing as free, you are paying in some case (either by data mining, or integrated SDK).

All free VPNs have some form of restrictions.

Free vpn's are easily found in extensions for your browser
