free vpn with clean ip?

I am going to manually post comments on some blogs. The platform that I am posting on has a strong spam filter. it checks the ip address against some database (dont know which) and if the ip has been used for spam, your comment is automatically rejected.

How can I get a clean ip? I have tried buying private proxies and have come to the conclusion that all private proxies out there have been used for spamming already.

You could pick up some free proxies and do that. The words free, VPN, and clean IPs don't go together.

All you can do is rent the VPS and test its IP. IME the most popular black hat hosts are mostly black listed and you'll need proxies.

Use paid vpn with dedicated IP, less chance to being spam with dedicated IP with great protocol. You can use StrongVPN and PureVPN
