I don't know about free VPN services, but Mullvad VPN is very cheap and has very good reviews, as far as I know.

I suggest conducting a search to check if any paid VPN providers are currently offering promotions. KeepSolid VPN, for example, occasionally provides several months of Premium VPN service for free. I have personally utilized KeepSolid for over 14 months without having to pay anything, all thanks to these promotions!

If you want a cheap vpn (no kyc, no registration), try mullvad vpn. It’s 5.5$/month no matter you buy for 1 month or 100 months.
If you want a free private vpn and already have a vps, try installing openvpn server in your vps.
