Free VPN from cyber-gateway.net

Didn't download any of the exe files. Only did the windows configuration via the instructions, using the server name, given username and password.

Tried the usa servers, but IP points me to russia. :/ Disconnected the VPN, disconnected my WiFI connection but russian IP remains. Removed the configuration and restarted my desktop to get back to my original IP.

Is there an easier way to disconnect the VPN, or am I doing something wrong?

I gave you a wrong answer. I am so sorry. We rotate IP address every 15 minutes.

Hello, thank you for showing an interest in our service. Most probably, this case is caused by geo-IP DB used. Try to check the geo by https://www.iplocation.net/

It should work fine. But don't forget, that outgoing IP is rotating.

Beware the DNS leaks on Linux. Haven't tested the windows vpn software.
So you may want to use DNS encryption.
