Yes it is very good.

Half is USA , the other half is off shore .

You can use the off shore IP's for downloading torrents. (not the US one)

Using a VPN service without knowing the legitimacy of the provider is a bad idea. Any traffic that's not encrypted is readily accessible to the provider.

Edit: Not to mention, you don't even want to know what I can do with control of a gateway. Think about it, folks.

Yep. I tried both with simple VPN connection from Windows and with OpenVPN, but none of them is working.

If someone made it work, please post here for all of us.
