free virtual number mobile application?

I salute the whole community.

Are there any mobile applications that provide free virtual numbers for testing purposes, where I can also read incoming messages?
In the past, I was able to get trial numbers from applications such as TextNow, 2nd Number and TextMeUp, but I can't get them anymore.
Can you help me with this? Thank you.

Hm, if you can't use trial numbers > you can check the: smsbower.org (paid) or sms-activate.io (paid/free)
Not sure why do you need the numbers (what's the testing purpose?) > but those sites helped me a lot to get messages for account activation/verification

Isn't there any app for Android or iOS where we can get a free number?
 
I saw some of that kind, but it's often just a API wrapper of some site (like smsbower/sms-activate or any other from same kind).
I heard also about Google Voice / Twilio, but not sure if you tested them already / or they are fine or available to use for your purposes
 
Don’t know of any free ones either, there’s some platforms that allow receiving SMS on a public VoIP number but they’re useless because those numbers tend to be blocked anyway.

SMS-activate like mentioned above is one of the cheapest options out there, there’s also smspool.

In fact, I've heard that there are companies that provide virtual numbers at prices as low as US$0.001 per number and even offer bulk virtual number services. Do you have any information or have you heard anything about it?

eh, never heard of such low prices available. I think it's not possible btw, it's either a scam or the numbers have been already used/banned/blacklisted and so on

I know that there are apps on YouTube and other platforms that provide free virtual numbers just by signing up - no credit card required even for the 7-day trial. Personally, I tried some of them a long time ago.

However, it seems that none of them offer toll-free numbers anymore. I believe this is a big gap in the Sunday - an application that offers free virtual numbers can break records in terms of popularity.

To be honest, I think some people are aware of such applications, but prefer not to share them.But when we share information, it allows for wealth.
