I need it too. I have been a member since 2014, my account was banned and this is a new one. I need it if I can verify a Chinese or German PayPal account with it.
 
Even if my post count has not reached 20 yet, I still would like to check out the VCC! :) (Browsed BHW as anon until now; I guess it's time to engage!)

Can your VCC work with pinterest ads too. They allow only US cards. Let me know the technique in PM. Thanks
