Consider me please, I can't do many online transaction because of not having a card. Please help me with it.
 
Are these VCC international or only work in the country they've been created?

I ask the OP for instructions and i receive a PM full of details and instructions in less than 24h
Unfortunately the whole process is too complicate (at least for me..) and i didn't test it and to be honest i will don't plan to test it.
Maybe other members with more motivation can report if this works or not.
I can easily get a VCC for less than 10$ and i feel that the time i have to invest in order to acquire a VCC following this method will cost me more than this amount of money...
