Ok so i found this out recently tying to watch dutch television online from Turkey where i now live.
With this method you will be able to always have a free static vpn with great speed and quality from goldenfrog.com
Here are the steps in exactly what i do.
Step 1) Use Firefox or chrome and download Hola vree vpn extension.
Step 2) Make a new hotmail account, you will only need it to confirm the account.
Step 3)Before going to the site http://www.goldenfrog.com clear all history
and cookies and join the site with Hola from any country.
Step 4) First click on learn more, then try for free and last create free account. Enter the email you created and then confirm the account.
Step 5) After confirmation you can download Vyprvpn program which will let you use the vpn service.
( note that you will only have 500 per month ) But if you don't disconnect, the connection will stay no matter what, i have downloaded more then 10 gig sometimes and it did not disconnect.
If for what ever reason you do have to disconnect with more then 500mb used, repeat all the steps and create a new account.
The country ip always stays the same so even with a new account you will have that ip. There are many country's to choose from and you are able to switch between country's at any time.If you got any questions. Don't hesitate and i will answer them as soon as possible.
