With this tool you can follow the users that are following your competition. This is a good strategy for notifying via email all this users saying that you are following them and you have something that may interest them.
Twitter Following Tool:

1.- Fill up your twitter account Username and Password.
2.- Click LOGIN button.
3.- Type the account that you want to follow their followers. ("Account to steal followers IDs:")
