can someone recommend me a good twitter auto poster, i don't want twitter to pick content from somewhere, i want to write whatever i want twitter to post and do it in a schedule.

You could try Tweet Later or Tweet Deck.

tweetattack is ok but it is charged tool. It seems to provide some free tool. Just check it. Good luck.

I've been using buffer and hootsuite. I would recommend either one.

there is also socialoomph and azulsocial, pretty sure that both allow posting from text files.
