Free Twitter Account Creator

Not really, being a former programmer my self most of my simple programs with little backend scripting/coding were quite small. This seems to be a simple VB program using the ieframe or winsock.

by the looks of it, it wouldn't make much difference if you just went to the twitter signup page and did it from there??

That is a very good point... I thought the purpose of a software that "automatically creates" accounts is to automatically generate registration info as well, otherwise it is simply a different looking twitter sign up page... Not too automatic... Do you input the info once and then it spins it like with the CLadGenius content spinner? ...
I was thinking...... this would be an excellent way for a CPA advertiser to obtain people's info... including email address... for his CPA offers... If a phone number is needed for the CPA offer it can be automatically generated with another simple program. If he has Godcpa, he can redesign the offer into the "twit-O-maker" scheme, and instead of having to do any serious coding, just make it forward manually input information to the twitter sign up page. Then the input info also gets directed to a CPA offer and automatically filled in the same fashion as the twitter sign up page.....
Not saying this is what he is doing... just saying the software "he found laying around" MAY be utilizing similar tactics... because it doesn't appear to be very "automatic".

Well this does a little automation. you just enter the captcha and the emails are used in string say [email protected] [email protected] [email protected]

I never want to NOT say thank you. I tried it out and it seemed to work until you enter the wrong captcha. None of the accounts I thought were made can be found on twitter, but that may be due to the errors caused by captcha prob. Will not continue if you enter one wrong, making you start all over. I swear I put them in right, tried 3 times. I was making accounts at this very moment, so thought I would try it out. It would be perfect for what I am working on right now.
(update mid post: b4 I said more gave it another try, all captchas entered come back incorrect)
If you need to generate emails, just use a random password creator and input with @G**** right after it. I have never had one be taken yet, and Twtr doesn't care if it is valid. I do this to set up 100 accounts at a time. It is still manual, but i find it helps to reset my IP every 20 accounts or so anyway, just so I never have to look at that annoying "not right now, we're working on it" message. Thanks for the share.
If you can get the captcha to work right (if you can replicate it) and get handling errors under control (I got some each time), It would be the perfect tool for what I am doing. PM me and I would be more than willing to send test info, or to see if I am doing something wrong.

I get it too, and I'm US. They seem to have locked down pretty hard on automated stuff, I'm having a lot of trouble not getting suspended after a day or so regardless of if I send a thousand messages or none.
They're about the same level as craigslist right now, it's pretty hairy.
