Free Trial Affiliate Programs

So far I know of only 2 affiliate programs that give a nice comission if the lead signs up for a free trial program. Here they are:
-Netflix ($18 per FREE signup)
-Hoodia ($33 per FREE weight loss trial supplement)

If you guys could help me compile a list of these affiliate programs it would help me in my future plans, and I'm sure it would help others too.

Haha well that wouldn't work for my idea but I'll keep the adult ones in mind for future ideas. I know eHarmony has something like $4.50 for those who sign up for a free trial but that seems like a waste of time.
