Free traffic tracking with free public stats?

I use to use goo.gl

But it has discontinued.

I have looked into several services that shorten the link and then track traffic. BUT either they dont allow public to see stats, have some limitation on tracking or some other issue, eg. cutt.ly and bit.ly

So is there any such service?
