can download on github but it's dead. no new updates in 6 years. https://github.com/mayerwin/prosper202
i used to use prosper202 back in the day. great software. a dinosaur now. maybe someone made a github fork that's more up-to-date.
eventually voluum & its competitors came on the scene. and cloud click-tracking became the norm.
https://bemob.com/ & https://www.adsbridge.com/ are two good good ones and should have a free tier. https://voluum.com/ is the most common one i see people using but its more pricey.
never heard of might.io. the 3 i mentioned are all very well reputed and easy to compare.

this is definitely worth making a trip over to AlternativeTo.net and finding an open source/self-hosted alternative
