No, how would such a service be able to source that amount of data to then give it away for free?
If you have a powerful VPS and the ability to program, you can take a look at commoncrawl.org for a free source of massive web data, but it will be up to you to filter/interpret that data.

There isn’t a one to one SEMrush replacement for free but there are a few that cover most basics if you’re okay with limits. Ubersuggest’s free tier is decent for keyword ideas and quick audits for example and Google Search Console and Keyword Planner are still must haves for volumes and indexing info.

It would be best to just use the service you are talking about if you want the same quality. Thats why they have developers maintain the app.

You won’t find a true free SEMrush equivalent, but you can piece together similar insights with Ubersuggest (limited free tier), Google Search Console, Keyword Planner, and Ahrefs’ free tools. Won’t be as deep, but enough for small projects.

Google ads can also be a good tool for volume research, it's shows a good estimates for keywords and it's free.

There isn’t really a 100% free tool that matches everything Semrush does, but there are a few decent alternatives you can mix and match. Ubersuggest gives some free keyword and SEO data, Ahrefs has a free webmaster tool, and tools like Google Keyword Planner or Search Console are great for insights too. If you combine a few of these, you can cover most of the basics without paying.
