Free Tool to Watermark Animated Gifs?

Ok so this isn't totally blackhat, but I need a tool that can watermark animated gifs. I've tried Bytescout, but the free version only exports still .gifs. I've tried IrfanView, but that doesnt export animated gifs either. Other programs I've tried are Faststone, Beneton, and TRSoft. Ugh, my computer probably hates me after downloading all these shitty programs...

Does anyone know of any free software that will let me batch watermark ANIMATED gifs?
