Can someone suggest a FREE tool (online or downloadable) that can help me lock a PDF document from being copied. I don't intent to add PASSWORD. i just need to stop people from copying the PDF content. Kindly advise. THANKS IN ADVANCE

You can only password lock pdf doc.

There is no other lock.

But you can make it harder and frustrating.

Create a image of your document and then create pdf of that image.

Password encryption is the most reliable way to protect a document
Other users can just use any text recognition tool to copy the information
