Yes the pages with the links need to be deleted after your links are indexed so the sites and properties don't look like linkfarms, how hard is that to understand?

You may try out this tool pingbomb.com. It will help you to ping your links. And also you can use Aherfs and SemRush tools. Getting links from high authority sites.
