Free Tool to Convert URL List to Spun Line

Does anyone know any free tool to convert a list of URL into 1 spun line of URL?
For example:
http://www.url1.com
http://www.url2.com
http://www.url3.com
http://www.url4.com


I want to convert them easily with 1 click of button into:
{http://www.url1.com|http://www.url2.com|http://www.url3.com|http://www.url4.com}


I know this can be easily done manually. But when we have about 50 or more URL in the list and we want to do it again and again, it can be quite time consuming.

You can accomplish this pretty easily with excel.

I'm going to give a method that can be extended to many things :


You need notepad ++, download and open it.

Paste your thousands URL, 1 per line.

Ctrl + F and pick the find and replace button (make sure in that tab that at the bottom regular expression is selected)

In the find field you type : \n

In replace you type | then you hit replace all

Then in the find field you type : \b

In the replace one you type nothing not even a space then you hit replace all


Voila, then you just need to add { and } to you have your spintax.
