free TF CF checker?

Some sites appear on google which you can use but better use tools like domdetailer for low cost bulk checking.

Does the Domdetailer have an api, or you can only use the App?

I normally use a rotating residential proxy to check Majestic's TF/CF for free on my PC. It works superbly, and previously there were some software available which allows checking TF/CF using the rotating proxy, but out of fear of a lawsuit from Majestic, they stop providing the service, which is a bummer.

Most of the free option for checking is not worth it. You can try Domdetailer for domain metric checking. Its cheap and will suit your need as they have great low cost plans.
