Why would one do this in 2024?
It's too early to do text to video.
I tested plenty of text to video and nothing of that works. Gibberish, bugs, unstable.
You can use adobe after effects and scripting can allow you to generate 1000 different videos by using effects.
Although first you need $25 a month.

All I can wish is "good luck". There's no such thing as true AI which means it's impossible to generate quality video using just text and model. It will be too chaotic and unstable. I consider these repositories as representations of hell:

Canva offers that too. I generated such an image once using Canva and it moved by 3 px right and that was called "a video". My face was like "okay"...

I'll answer in 6 months. By the time there will be some optimization done and it'll be doable. Now it's too much struggle. I'd learn other skills.
