If you buy a hosting service, you mostly get an SSL certificate for free, which is a good way to get it free. And at the time of renewal, it gets renewed automatically. You can also check for the Paid SSL certificate; Many hosting providers offer both free and paid. And the prices may differ as per the provider. Still, you make the comparisons. If you ask me, I suggest you check out Bluehost, AccuWeb Hosting and Hostgator.

watch some video on youtube, namcheap still give free sll but not auto and easy like before, you need manual install in panel namcheap hosting

me, too. That's why I left Namecheap last year after SSL expired for all of my sites and they wanted me to renew for $9 per year per certificate, which would have cost me a lot for something that many host providers offer for free. Well, this and the fact that they tried to charge me almost 3x more than the normal renewal cost for my hosting plan
Anyway, here's how I learned to enable free SSL for Namecheap @MGaLL:
It will require a bit of messing around with the terminal, but if you follow the steps mentioned you'll make it work eventually. But my recommendation is that you move away from Namecheap as they're slowly turning into the next Godaddy (just my gut feeling).

I used to renew certs manually before. You can automate certs renewal with cronjob if you use some scripts like acme.sh. From then on you don't need to worry about certs expiring.
