Excuse my idiotic question (I am completely new), what are speed links for and why would someone need so many? Is it for indexing a LOT of back links? Sorry I really don't know anything and their website doesn't give me obvious answers either.

Yes, can't say for sure the index ratio, but probably it's generally accepted as working indexing website.Excuse my idiotic question (I am completely new), what are speed links for and why would someone need so many? Yes, it's used for indexing lots of Backlinks

This should have been posted in the BLACKHAT SEO FORUM, but I just need those I indexer their links to checkout their links on GSC too.
So I got this speedlinks indexer services on 24th June or so. Indexed mostly profile Backlinks and dripped them for 25 days and more.
Here is a simple enticing report of linking domains on GSC. Note:Moz haven't picked up the stats.
Domain 1: RD before=19. After 161
Domain 2: RD before=24. After 169
Domain 3: RD before=4. After 25
Note: DOMAIN 2 has about 400+ Backlinks built by me,
DOMAIN 1 has abt 300+ backlinks built by me.
DOMAIN 3 has just 125 Backlinks built by me.
But I made a little mistake in DOMAIN 3 during my linkbuilding campaign, I used ,com instead of .com for about 50+ urls but have corrected that, let's see
