Free Site to upload file for the masses

Hey folks,

Apologies if this is not in the correct section.

I am wondering if there is a good free site I can upload a file (~20MB) which can be downloaded by anyone, hopefully in excess of 1,000 downloads.

Torrents would not be the most suitable solution.
