nothing, I just always add a staff account when I take a shop live.

So, the idea is to use the credit card and name etc. of another person who will be added as stuff. Am I in the right direction? Because if I use own details again, it might be considered as fraud to bypass the system, right?

no go to partners.shopify.com and register as a developer. no credit card is needed and it is not illegal. You are simply becoming a Shopify developer.

Yes I already have it but the question is about adding stuff member. Will I add using my own name? Because my name is already there in the developer account, will it not create any issue?

I am always using the same payment details. I dont think they mind it you using the system. When you reach 50 orders you still have to pay, so it just gives you extra time for you to avoid paying while you are not even starting selling.
