seoserp has been down for a couple of days. sescout as nice as it looks is buggy as hell. What else is there?

Are there any others services I could use (that factor first 1000 results)? Free (as in beer) is the main consideration.

Google has updated their coding a few days ago which has caused many seep trackers to be down.. This is why most serp trackers aren't working.

you can use this
Code:
http://www.semrush.com
https://ahrefs.com/serps/positions/

Why do you need to track multiple keywords not in the top 100? If they aren't in the top 100 than they are not worth anything. Not to mention it is easy to jump around from 700+ to top 100 for most medium / low competition keywords.

Just use the free version of traffic travis 4.

Sescout is working very fine, one may has to upgrade for the advance features,i am a great fan of this tool.
