I know this has been posted before but this tool is great for those just getting in to SEO. It's called Fast Blog Finder and there's a free version. It says it allows only 50 results on the free version, however you can just run it over and over again.
It basically scrapes blogs to drop your backlinks in. It still has the PR checker on it but it obviously shows all site as 0 PR now.
It also displays the number of OBL's which is useful.
As far as I can see, there's no longer a premium (paid) version available.
