It's a tried and tested approach - has anyone got any experience (positive or otherwise) with this simple method?
Of course, you want to minimize your work for time-wasters - but I'm thinking firing up Screaming Frog and just providing a simple scan ought to be enough for those potential leads that are in the "crap to possible" silo
For the sites that are in a higher-value niche or industry then of course the approach should be well thought out to give enough info away but keeping some teasers for what to expect
