I am also having an issue with the script "Similarity-Check-Advanced-main".
At the very end, when it prompts for SIMILARITY THRESHOLD, I enter a number like 8 or 0.8, but it always fails with TYPEERROR 'affinity'
Am I doing something wrong or is the script not functioning?

The error has been fixed.
The error has been fixed.
The issue
As part of
AgglomerativeClustering in the scikit-learn package, the affinity attribute was deprecated in version 1.2 and removed entirely in 1.4 which was launched in January 2024. So everyone who installed scikit-learn after that got the error.The resolution
The attribute
affinity is now replaced by metric as is evident from the error message in older version of scikit-learn
