I would like to crop and add another image over a screenshot. Any free tool for this?

Um, how about the free snipping tool in Windows to capture screenshots and then crop them using Paint? If on Mac, then one G search should give you a free software for Mac too.

You can use Greenshot in Windows, it came with an editor of images integrated

I m using NIMBUS , which works great with all the browser...If you like any image online, you can select, crop and edit in few seconds and save it...Till now I think it is the best tool for images
