Hi,

Here is a free tool that makes it really easy for you to build an htaccess file to block the referrer bits visiting your site

http://refererspamtool.boyddigital.co.uk/

This is something you should do as well and filtering out analytics, however filters don't bring your natural bounce rate and time on site back to normal which could be harming your rankings, the htaccess block has removed about 80% of referer spam in the test we've done

Dude trust me I was looking for this today and this cudn't have arrive at a better a time for me.
