They increased the number of links on the site to 200, they added a google redirect link.

yes, I tried those. it just creates links. Not backlinks.
you have to copy those links and paste on your PBN or third party sites to let search engine bots crawl it. It may or may not index them.

so in short such links are useless for seo, and also useless for increasing DA
 
If these baclkinks are valuable then why their own website DA is 4? I think this not helpful and will harm your money website also they are irrelevant and Spammy.
 
I gave SeoCapt a spin a while ago. It's decent for quick redirects, but as always, diversifying link types and sources is crucial. And keep an eye on those generated links.
