    Hi to all!

First thanks for all the great information on this forum, great people inside, I've learnt a ton of stuff here and I want to give something back. Maybe the senior members know this trick, but I think that is a great resource of visits for free. I don´t know if this is black, White or Grey hat...

Is very easy to make it works, you only need one refresh tab addon for Firefox, like 'Reloadevery' or 'Tab Mix Deluxe' both free, and a huge traffic exchange site that allow this tip. You only have to progam the refresh time to 15' or 30' in your surf page and wait the visitor come to your site. Surely many other people are doing the same trick, but at least we will have many unique visits insured for free.

The traffic exchange site that I use is www*webbiz*insider*com, you can earn credits by visits and for read mails (a lot of mails...). If you want you can use my referral link for register (thanks in advance ;) )

I was looking for another traffic exchange sites but have differents protections againts this tip. You know another traffic exchange site that allow the refresh tip?

Sorry for my english, I´m from sunny South Spain (Same town like Nicho in Winter :) ) and I can´t explain my thoughts like I wish!

Your affiliate link is going to get you in trouble here.

altho its an affiliate link, i dont think this is as bad as the one time spammers who post here and try to make a quick buck POSTING IN ALL CAPS, although he did break the rules, he didnt know he was doing it AND he was honest about his link, throughout his post he was showing respect and being nice.

    treat him that way.

no need to make a big deal.

rollyourown, just be sure not to have any affiliate links in your post, you can have them in your signature if you want. :)
