Free Proxy Changer Tool for Private Proxies?

I'm looking for a proxy switcher that can handle private proxies. I have elite proxy switcher but I can't seem to put in private proxies with username and password. Are there any free ones that are not browser based?

Anyone? I guess I'll take even a browser based one if I can't find a desktop tool.

only one I remember is proxyfirewall ... it has to be outdated by now though.. but you can still give it a shot

Why don't you just authorize the private proxies for the IP address of the machine with Elite Proxy Switcher? That's what I did and it's been working fine.

I also couldn't find a place to input username/password.
