Free Proxies And Foxy Proxy Is It A Good Combo?

Is using free proxies and foxy proxie good as far as cl posting. I am trying it how will I know if the ip has been blacklisted... if it has been blacklisted will any ad not go live or will it be another sign to let me know when a ip is banned from CL

Which version of Proxyfirewall should I download?? Also does it work lift foxy far as putting in proxy names and ip's?

 

Goolge Proxyfirewall, single version to download. disable foxyproxy and config proxies usage in proxyfirewall.
