i would like to know if i can be banned if i use free / public proxies on Twitter or facebook .. thank you

Hi, Don't use any public proxies for making fb or twitter account or managing them, there are 99.99% chance account get banned.

you can use private, or even shared.....

you can even use public ones but your account will get road block and you have to verify it, etc just a hassell.
