Free Promotion Question

ok, thought id just ask this here before i posted just to make sure it was ok, ok boxing day im looking to run a free promotion thread where i give all members a certain amount of free youtube subscribers to their channel for 2 days or so and was going to put my actual sales thread in the post incase people wanted more in the future, just was wondering if this would be alright and if so where would i post it?
