Add the contents (Links) of every every site map from every site you own the home page of a throw away url then follow op's "5 step plan" for fast indexing of every page on every site that you own. As for you "chicken shits" who fear over indexing "to fast" apply the same process in smaller chunks...

The method is not effective for long term as the entry you make will get lower down the pages and in the end it will move to a PR=0 page.
