OR something like "how to overcome career related stress?" and can post this article to stress/depression related site etc? these articles will be career related and hence will be still a good option.

Great Tips seriously I'm going to focus on these things I will try to find blogs for guest posting

First you should try to make web 2.0s with good content and try to build backlinks to this web 2.0 from niche relevant forums, comments .etc.

Once you have done that. Try to have a diverse backlink profile ... pdf sharing sites, article sites, profiles .etc.

Try also guest posts writing valuable content and finally save some money to get pbn blog posts.

great thanks but I'm confused Should I create some articles on Web 2.0 before getting a backlink or I should directly create a backlink with 100% unqiue article?

and can I add some spinned article later on to keep web 2.0 blog active?
But They Article I'm going to use to get backlink will be 100%

There are many powerful links you can get for free
just depends on the amount of time you are willing to invest to build a reltionship with the site owner or editor to get a free link on that site via honesty or deception

You have two options:
1. Invest little money and more time
or
2. Invest heavy amount of money and little time :)

Without invest $$$ you can't get DA or PA

Yeah true For building authority money is very important so I will try get some money to invest in to get DA and PA

Web 2.0 are the best you can get for free and of course, they are not spam your content who determine that.

Definitely, mix up with some generic links and social shares and you would get strong results.

Social bookmarks are generally useless.
Forum profiles are generally useless, BUT actively on a niche forum, providing quality advice and occasionally dripping a link is great for traffic.
Blog commenting isn't a grand backlink, BUT can bring you niche targeted traffic.
Social media can bring you niche targeted traffic.
Q&A sites can bring you niche targeted traffic.
Some things can be more important backlinks, and in my opinion, that is backlinks.

I have a niche job board, with a massive blog attached. It get only 50% of my traffic from the SERPS, and I outrank several companies own application pages. The rest comes from all sorts of other sources.
 
I eould google web 2.0 link wheels, ive had success with this method though nothing lasting more than ~4 months

Ok well unlike most people here will tell you, which is absolutely incorrect, and based on their own reliance on pay to win methods. Or other easy/grey hat methods like web 2.0 and what not which is nothing but a recipe for disaster.

You can make free and very very powerful backlinks.
