Its nice tool but captcha issue shuld be fixed or at least it shouldnt clear all fields so i just reenter captcha not all ;P

I've got a question about pinging and WordPress. I've got a bunch of posts on a blog that need some small updating - a bit of text, tag adjustment, etc. If I do all of this editing at one time, will I risk any problems from so much pinging at one time?

Also, I've read that when you update a post, WP pings with the blog homepage, not the specific post's URL. True?

I guess its too late to edit my post..
just a heads up to everyone
now my whole domain is banned... so this is something i wouldnt recommend because obviously their list has some blacklisted ping sites or something.
There is nothing else that i did that would have gotten it banned other then this. 100% certain... so be careful.

umm... yes.. absolutely you can. if you mass ping a site, google will sometimes deindex you temporarily or even BAN YOU.
You can think what you want. IT doesnt bother me that you dont believe me or whatever
 
Where can i look for a server information that is associated with a particular site?

why is symbiotic banned, is this, did he pull a Black hat on us or what? oh well

Great tool. Anyway you can incorporate a mass ping tool (submit several Urls for pinging)?
 
Neat tool thanks, when I click "search pings" none of my sites show would that mean they were not pinged

I have used pingler over the last few months...would be great to know what Symbiotic did or if we should trust his tool
