You can set up a Google Voip # for free & get the verification text that way.

google voice.... they have a ton of numbers to choose from.. u can do it by area code, first 3 numbers... u can even have a word in your name.. like if ur website is dooface.blabla , u can search for numbers that have the word 'doo' in them. but if ur just doing it for verification, any number shud do.. just do that.

If you have an ipod/ipad/iphone get a texting app that provides a phone number. Some are free with ads and some can be attained via installous. Do it as many times as you wish .

Get one of those free sim cards you get and use that. I used to order them in pack of 5 for free.
