You know, I may be mistaken. I'm looking at these sites where you can post your links, and yes, they are pr 6 7 8. However, the pages of the site where you can actually post your links IE; Commenting on TV show articles. They are PR 0 if anything. I don't see the benefit other than just another link out in the web.

Yes these are all PR0 links. They are attached to high PR pages which may or may not be valuable depending on who you ask. They are just like angela and pauls backlinks - they are actually PR0.

    This.

These High PR authority sites are often crawled by search engine spiders and carries more weight than those unknown PR0 sites.

This is exactly how Angela's backlinks work. I have been building these type of backlinks for months and they work great. :)

Its a combination of info. But I think its fine. I'm just worried about the duplicated content issue if i submit my article to all of those sites

To make a long explanation short. YES, they do help out even if it shows PR0. The main site carries the link juice to other pages.

The sites are authority sites and they have a high PR, so it is definitely worth it.
I have posted to such sites before and it has made more impact than posting on high PR blog sub-pages.
