Free Online Word Counter Tool via URL?

Hi

I'm looking for a online tool that counts words, chars and sentences via URL. I mean, I have found plenty that allow you to copy and paste text. What I'm looking for, however, is a tool that allows you to enter a URL and it downloads the words automatically from that URL and counts it for you. And of course it should be free .

I'm not looking for a regular word counter, this I have already found on Google.. I'm looking for a word counter with the above specs only.

It allows you to enter words either via URL OR via copy paste so this should solve your problem.

Update: Currently it seems like the count via URL feature is not working as I'm getting some warning signals when I enter a URL. Is anyone else getting this error/warning as well?

The copy & paste section works well I think.
