yeah it was a bulk mailer, I found another forum.
You can find one on google if you use site search (i.e "Site:blackhatworld.com mass mailer" )

With Postmark OP would get 25,000 free for each of the 40 accounts registered by proxy, so unless you know definitively that scraped public proxies won't work to register an account there with postmark, I'd say redarrow was right and it would still be free. Anyway, even if you bought 40 cheap proxies it would still be an inexpensive option to send to 1 million recipients.
