Free Membership Question

I need a script where a visitor gets a free login code to a hidden part of my website after they invite 3 friends through a form.
I've seen this before but how is it setup?
When they filled out the form, their friends should receive links to the main website and the visitor should receive the password/login code in their mail box.

Any help would be much appreciated!
