I haven't tried Canva for logo but rest of 'em, hatchful etc online logo maker are crap. You gonna get an unprofessional looking temporary logo.
This is what is a good option : get creative market , optimal design logo pack , open it in Photoshop or illustrator and modify it accord to your needs. You can get creative market logo pack at download section or at torrent site you can get both.
