DR is a useless metric. It's easy to inflate a brand new domain to DR40 within a month or two but it serves no purpose unless you're soley looking to sell links/niche inserts/blog posts to clueless webmasters.

Whether is they are free or paid, the quality authority links will increase your domain rating as well as the trustworthiness of your website. Relevance is a very important thing.

All runs on free linking sites will raise your DR to a maximum of 20.
You need a developed network of sites to raise DR more than 20.
On fiver you will raise DR to any number very quickly for $5-$15.
You don't need to chase your domains to junk sites for free, just pay those pennies and get DR.
