Hmmmm........ Looks great for a link exchange, but the BIG G Panda has hit again
Another thing, say my site is in .net or .com and is a site for some information apart from gambling and adult, now when I exchange link with your site and others who have gambling site or adult site also exchanges, then it is a risk for my site
For mostly you would get the later types of websites looking to exchange links more than other informative websites
So it is a risk

Moreover the PR of all pages are not high
